At the center of the farm is Yossi Grabiner,
who personally tends to every tree with patience
care, and deep respect for nature. For him, this is not just farming – it is a way of life.

Each year, the entire family gathers for the olive harvest in October and November.
The olives are handpicked at peak ripeness and
pressed using traditional cold extraction
methods to preserve their full flavor, aroma, and nutritional value.
At Grabiner Farm, we don’t just produce olive oil – we create an experience rooted in
authenticity, tradition, and a deep connection to the land.

Over the years, the family has expanded its work beyond olive oil, developing a small
collection of handcrafted olive oil–based products, including handmade soaps, holistic
candles, and other natural lifestyle items – all made with the same dedication to purity and craft.
Today, that spirit of care, generosity, and craftsmanship continues to guide everything we do.
